Registration for SASS 2025 will open on Saturday, April 26th! Once it opens, the link will be at the bottom of this page; make sure you read everything between here and there carefully!
Important dates
- Saturday, April 26th – Registration for SASS 2025 opens
- Saturday, May 31st – Deadline to pre-order a T-shirt
- Saturday, June 7th – Deadline to request housing or volunteer
- Saturday, June 14th – Preliminary housing/volunteer info sent out
- Thursday, June 19th – Last day to pre-register
- Friday, June 20th – SASS 2025 begins!
Passes
Passes will be available for pre-registration and at the door.

Competition
Entry into the Jo & Jo competition is $5, and can be purchased with your pre-registration or at the door.
This is a random partner (Mix ‘n’ Match-style) competition, and you will not sign up with a particular role – in the prelims, you’ll lead some partners and follow others, and if you make it to the finals, it’ll be up to you and your partner to demonstrate your skill at both roles!
T-shirts
T-shirts will be $20, and the deadline to order one with your registration is Saturday, May 31st! We will order some extras for purchase at the door (price TBA), but the only way to guarantee that you get one (especially in a particular size) is to pre-order!
Volunteering
SASS relies on volunteers like you for a successful weekend! Tasks we need volunteers to help with include:
- Minding doors to let participants in
- Helping set up before the dance begins
- Checking participants in at the front desk while the dance is on-going
- Helping to tear down at the end
Volunteers will be compensated with a $10 refund on your event registration for each hour worked.
If you would like to volunteer but are not pre-registering, please contact us to get on the list. Include a phone number where we will be able to contact you during SASS, and anything we need to know about your availability.
Please register by Saturday, June 7th to get on the volunteer list, especially if you need the financial assistance! We will send out the preliminary volunteer schedule by Saturday, June 14th.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens sometimes. If you have registered for SASS 2025 and find that you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible to get a full refund.
Note: You MUST contact us BEFORE the end of SASS 2025 in order to get a refund! No-shows will not be refunded.
